It was a lovely property delicious food and kind staff Felt safe and at home there

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Everything was wonderful, from the beach to the pool to the staff. We wanted to relax and have no cares or worries for the week, and that’s what exactly what we were able to do!

Room, pool and property overall was clean and on point. Food could use an upgrade, buffets is decent, hibachi is the best on site all the other restaurants had food that was bland. The on site jerk and patty huts were decent and enough to keep you full as you keep your cup full. I went with my toddler, wife and mom for my birthday and had a great time. Only issue, was having carry our own bags to the front for checkout even though we had a scheduled pickup no one came even after several calls to the desk. This almost made us miss our ride to the airport. No elevators, 3 suitcases, a toddler and 90 degree Caribbean heat don’t mix well. For the price and how big this resort is it’s worth it but we will most likely book a different resort when we come back.

I had a great overall experience at this resort. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There were plenty of activities available, which kept things fun and engaging every day. The beach area was especially nice—it felt almost private and was well set up, making it a great place to relax. The only area that could use improvement is the food. While it was decent, I think the resort could enhance the experience by offering a wider variety of high-quality international dishes to better accommodate guests from different backgrounds. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back! 4 star resorts I would say

A wonderful experience. Highly professional and friendly staff, beautiful setting. Truly a traditional, old world, beach hotel with charm and history but not suitable for young children. Breakfast excellent; lunch adequate; dinner disappointing.

Moon Palace Jamaica is a stunning resort — gorgeous pools, beautiful beach, excellent food and drinks, and warm attentive staff. We had a genuinely great time and would likely go back. That said, a couple of things need to be said honestly. Our arrival was rough. They mixed up our room and we waited over an hour to check in after a long day of travel. For a resort at this price point, that kind of disorganization is a poor way to welcome guests and left us frustrated before we’d even unpacked. We were also pulled into what turned out to be a lengthy, high-pressure timeshare sales presentation. It was aggressive and went well beyond what was implied when we agreed to it. Go in prepared to say no — firmly, and more than once. Once we got past those two things, the resort really did shine. The amenities, the atmosphere, the food, and the overall experience were everything we hoped for. Just be ready for a bumpy start and keep your guard up when the “resort orientation” invitation comes around.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
