The setting, the rooms, the food, and the overall property were amazing. The staff are excellent at providing concierge, valet, restaurant, housekeeping, and pool services. Everyone we met was incredibly warm and welcoming, and they express the hospitality we found throughout CR. I hope I am not forgetting anyone, but I would like to thank: - Luis (valet); - from the front desk: Kenneth, Anna, Maria Josè, and a woman who's name I cannot recall (but she spent time living in California); - at Sentido Norte: Beverly, Roberto, and the welcoming bartender in the morning (sorry to forget his name), and our server for two dinners (a young woman who's name I also do not remember); - Luis (pool and SN).

Everything was great, however I wish they would change the breakfast options instead of the same few items every day. I would also suggest that they skim the pool at least twice per day since there are so many bugs that land on the pool. They asked if we were celebrating anything, and I told them it was our anniversary and my wife's birthday, prior to arrival and during the checkin, and no arrangements were made.

Loved our visit! Breakfast was fantastic and staff were super friendly!! Rooms were spotless and easy access to the beach.

It is a beautiful property - very well maintained. Loved having such easy access to the beach. Food was decent. Overall the staff was great - a few people were not ideal but that is expected anywhere. Rooms were nice, but the road noise is terrible - bring a sound machine, and even then it's still loud. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again
