Property was nice with great breakfast. Access to marina was nice walk. Check in process was awkward and a y adjustment to hotel night stays was very difficult.

This is a great hotel in the centre of town with a short walk from the car park

Great hotel, large room, staff excellent. Breakfast was also excellent, fresh and lots of choice. Parking is the only downfall, they have street parking but first come forst served.

Staff were helpful, the property is clean, but needs a little attention. The location is very good - lose to City Hall, the Latin Quarter, shopping and restaurants. ARoS museum and the Musikhuset concert Center is right next door.

The room was clean. The staff was very personable & helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. Would stay here again.

My second time staying here for a conference. I had a standard room - very small and compact but all I needed for a place to sleep when. The bed is really comfortable and the room (non-street/ river side) was quiet. Shower was great. Bathroom tiny but clean. There's 1 gel dispenser for soap/shampoo/shower gel, but no conditioner. There's one mirror (in the bathroom) & thankfully my hairdryer has a long lead so it was fine. No full length mirror which I could have done with.

All was good , but a shower with only a curtain felt a little outdated and inconvenient as water goes everywhere :-). Nice and big hotel with a good breakfast.
