It would have been nice to have a small fridge to bring your own bottled water. We asked twice for towels and didn't get them. Ended up coming home from concert at midnight to have to get them from desk which took forever to get.
The two bellman at the front door where wonderful and made for a very nice stay. The hotel was very quiet and clean.

Staff was pleasant and the moderately
restaurant is decent if you don’t want to venture out or order in. I appreciated the option to include breakfast with my reservation. The king suites were unnecessarily huge. All kinds of space in the “kitchen” area, but no microwave & the world’s smallest bathroom. I know it’s not their fault how the hotel was designed, but it is almost comical what parts of the room were made so big & what parts they kept stnanstanssdn . The deluxe king room was also very large and uniquely shaped. I wouldn’t book the suite again.

It is a normal business style hotel. Friendly staff. If you drive, expect to pay for parking, and the valet staff are possibly the friendliest I've ever seen. They will take care of you and your car.

Elements always has amazing breakfasts. I have Celiac and usually can get them to cook me something without gluten if not their GF muffins are really good.
The thing I don't like is that they make you pay for parking now. And if it's a Sunday, there are a lot of people with their vehicles parking on Element property to go to their church right next door, taking parking spaces without paying. If you've left the hotel and come back to park, you'll find it very difficult to find a parking spot you've paid for. I brought this to the staff's attention but they didn't do anything about it.
