Had a fantastic trip here. Facilities were excellent, however the hotel was looking a little dirty and tired. Considering the price per night, and the extremely high prices for all the food and beverages, I would have thought this would have been a bit more up to scratch. Most of the staff were very friendly.

The staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was average as its location was not the best.
The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc.
Meals were below average but the service was great.
Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays.

While the on site parking is very helpful(albeit expensive), the driveway is extremely hard to get into and then when leaving the lower carpark area to go up the ramp, if you have anything larger than a medium SUV, it’s extremely hard to get out(and I can see why the walls are very well scraped from all the cars hitting them as they leave). The hotel is fine and in a good location, but you don’t get much for your money.
