It's a very beautiful resort and too big, the restaurants are very good and their services.

Food could be improved but staff was great

Excelente servicio del personal, hermoso en las afueras y piscina! El cuarto tiene sus detalles, olía a poso muro en el área del baño, en el cuarto a madera vieja y la cama no es muy cómoda. Fuera de eso, la pasamos muy bien.

The property was beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed the pools. The room was very nice. The service was non existent. The food was not good and I almost never received what I ordered from room service and even in the restaurant with no explanation. The buffet was closed multiple times. Entertainment and activities were mediocre. The spa itself was lovely but my service was below average. The beach area was quite small but nice, service again was poor.

Todo estuvo limpio, la atención de los empleados siempre al 100 y la comida excelente.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Majestic Elegance Resort! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Majestic Elegance Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at home. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing and memorable vacation. A special thank you goes to our concierge, Rafael Vasquez, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and helped make our trip stress-free and enjoyable. We would also like to recognize Michael, one of the bartenders, who provided outstanding service with a smile every day. His friendly personality and great drinks added so much fun to our vacation. Another big thank you to the two evening bartenders in the main lower lobby—both happened to have the same name (which unfortunately we forgot! 😂). They were always welcoming, attentive, and made every evening special. Their excellent service and positive energy did not go unnoticed. And of course, a huge shout-out to Pepa from the entertainment team! She brought so much enthusiasm, fun, and energy to every activity. Her passion for making guests happy is truly remarkable. Thank you to everyone at Majestic Elegance Resort for creating such a fantastic experience. We made wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!
