Staff were very friendly and helpful. Common areas of the hotel were well kept and clean. Felt safe and lots of staff in lobby to help as needed. Appreciated the small cafe for weekend, when most of downtown was quiet/closed. Close to riverwalk which was clean and had many bikers/runners. Bathroom in the room was in good shape, great shower. Towels could use a bit more substance/refresh. Furnishings in the room itself were showing wear and some surfaces could use a good clean (welcomed to my room with a handprint smear on the door, so not the best first impression). Overall, felt safe and reasonably clean for a few nights stay! If staying for a conference in this area again, likely would chose this location.

Great location. Airport shuttle only runs on the half hour so plan accordingly. Nice property for the money.

Check in was annoying as I did not get my check in directions and I came well pass normal check in time. I had to call for help which required having to deal with stupid Ai technology. Once I did get my room, I went to it and it was still dirty and uncleaned with a the bed messed up and trash everywhere. I had to call Ai help again and get a new room. This was after an exhausting day and just wanting to go to sleep. The company took $50 off for the inconvenience...whoopty doo! If everything would have went smoothly, I can see why people like the hotel. Its not bad, just my experience was bad.

This hotel is surprisingly nice fir being attached to the airport. It is also very quiet considering you can overlook the runway and not hear it.
