No robes in room on arrival, werent able to get changed to go to spa. Poor service in cafe, cream was off. Replacement scones arrived after we finished coffee. Having been asked if we wanted tea or coffee, we had to ask for pot of coffee 20 mins later as we werent brought it. Nothing big but not same level of service we had during previous stays.

Very average hotel in the middle of Belfast.
Visible dirt on surfaces in bathroom. Asked to change room due to unvaccumed carpet with lots of spillage stains. I was told all the rooms had stained carpets. Vitually all restaurant and reception seats are heavily stained. Nothing that a deep carpet and upholstery clean won't fix along with a little maintainace to make good the bashed furnishings. Breakfast was okay, however staff seemed to not be very experienced with food allergies.
