The location is great! Our room had a view to Diamond Head that was amazing! The pool service was very good, and overall we had a very good experience!

Close to the beach, shops and shuttle pickups for tours. I liked the refillable bottles and stations as I also brought my own refillable water bottles, however I wished they had more on other floors (as going down to the first floor can get very busy at times) as well as ice machines on every floor would be nice. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

I’m 45 years old, have traveled a fair bit, and I’ve never experienced a more attentive, considerate, helpful, and cheerful staff.

Staffs were the best out of all.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Waikiki. Close to restaurants and beach plus the theater within the hotel was a great added bonus!

The staff was very courteous, and the room was kept clean and tidy. I chose this hotel for it's location, and was not disappointed.

They were under construction outside when we were there. Not much noise or inconvenience but still construction. Pool small but very clean property and well maintained. Close to beach and shopping. Would stay again. Staff very helpful.

This is a really cute hotel! The location was excellent! We had a beach front on the 4th floor. Next time I would pick beach front deluxe to get a little higher. This smaller hotel suited us and we really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are incredibly small and with a family of 4 (and all the luggage)… it’s extremely tight. Our stay was only 2 nights because we flew to another destination, so nobody complained. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and we enjoyed the lanai! We used the valet for our rental car and that was worth the extra fee. They had beach towels, chairs, surf and boogie boards available. For a short stay, I highly recommend!
