Nice looking hotel, does not meet normal standards
"- not clean, dust and dirty floors - can hear neighbours blowing noses and foot steps - not enough hot water, cold showers - no latches for security, cleaning staff walked into our unit startling our young children on our last day! - cleaning staff yelled at my children for being 5 mins late, this ..."
