Amazing resort with stunning views, fantastic spa center, great food and vibe overall! The only drawback was that there’s no water station at the spa, so would highly recommend the hotel management to instal one.

Hotel rate as it is looks in expedia. Hotel is clean, staff is great. Food is okay. Just bar prices a bit high for Greece. Sea water is great but hard to catch up a seat at beach in first 2 row. Kids friendly hotel.

Room was clean, but we had the “courtyard view” which felt claustrophobic because the other buildings were an arms’ length away. Breakfast was good and had a good variety.
Reception desk service was a disaster. At check out, when we asked for our car from the parking lot they told us the car elevator was broken and they would call us to our room when the car was available. Over an hour passed, we went to reception to ask and they told us they were bringing cars up in order of priority, even though we had mentioned we were in a hurry to leave from the moment we asked for our car. Not only did they not comp us for at least one night parking fee but they did not even apologize for the whole situation.
This was supposed to be way a VIP hotel, which offered a free bottle of wine with our stay. We did not get it until we asked for it on the second day of our stay. At check in the receptionist was more interested in knowing about our life than making sure we had everything on our reservation taken care of.

ELEGANT , EXCELLENT LOCATION, WALKABLE BUT ENTRANCE/LOBBY AREA SMALL. ROOM SMALL LOOKING TOWARDS STREET . I WAS EXPECTING TO SEE THE SEA FROM A BEAUTIFUL TERRACE OR ROOFTOP BUT IT FELT SMALL. EXCELLENT STAFF
