Great time! Would have been even better if a staff member would have taken towels away from people who used them to get chairs first thing in the morning by the pool but never showed up till late afternoon. Saw so many families looking for chairs with little kids and was unfortunate that staff didn’t monitor that.

We’ve been to multiple 4 to 5 star resorts and the Riu tops them all with exceptional staff service and incredible food. The resort, although fully booked is the perfect size for the amenities.We didn’t wait for drinks or for tables one time in our eight day stay. Our room was always clean and fresh and they turned down the bed bedsheets when we went out for dinner. Exceptional service.
