In all honesty, this is one of the reasons why I returned. Lalo is extremely helpful and got back to me quick with basic questions and needs. "The Expedia concierge is great! Everyone is super helpful and they make reservations for you for dinner so that helps a lot.

"Air conditioner operation wasn't explained so I had it on low setting and was very uncomfortable until I asked how to operate.
Tiny ants EVERYWHERE and on every surface.
Entry/exit is a double sliding glass door that faces the main walkway with a lot of traffic and curious onlookers.
Key to door is a Phillips screwdriver and difficult to use.
Very busy location with a lot of ATV (4-wheelers) traffic 24/7.
My room was directly below the common kitchen/dining area and heavy chairs sliding across...

"This was a very family friendly resort. The staff was very accommodating and attentive and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. We found the buffet to have excellent variety. There was something for everyone. The little poolside grills were great for lunch and snacks. The specialty restaurants are hard to get into. But we managed to do one during our stay. The beach was good and there was a lot to do if you choose to. Overall, a very positive experience."

"After being there at Royal DeCameron 5 times, it was my last, the new management is horrible, the food is nasty, the bars and swimming pools are closed very early. Nothing like when the Canadians owned it. Im never going back again... I do not recommend it."

"The property is lovely. I highly recommend the room with the swim up pool.
There were times we had amazing service, and other times (breakfast and the rooftop) where the service was mediocre. After a so/so experience at breakfast, we ordered breakfast room service the next day which was absolutely fantastic.
FYI, there’s not much going on after 8 pm. We wanted a relaxing weekend, so it worked for us."
