I would have given the property 5 stars on all elements. The issue was there is no A/C in the rooms ( I would have been better off sleeping in the hallway) the first night was awful to sleep and even stay in the room
The property did supply 1 small fan for the bedroom until I called and got a second send up.
The living room did have a bigger portable A/C but it was still hot in the room
I did talk to staff and they were very understanding and tried to help rectify the situation.
Several of the staff did comment that The GM likes it hot so what we have for fans is all they have on-site
