The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless

Absolutely wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and patient, answering all of our questions and even helping us recover a t-shirt we had lost through the lost and found. One of my favorite moments was sitting on the balcony, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of Banff. Another unforgettable experience was relaxing in the rooftop hot tub in the light evening rain, watching clouds drift past the distant mountain peaks. It felt very unique and special. The hotel itself is excellent. Parking downstairs was convenient, and it was easy to walk to nearby supermarkets and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

staff maya was not good , not helpful --- I stayed 15th to 19th june i requested her 2 nights AC was not working in Masters bedroom she did not address proper way to management or superwiser they have alternate day cleaning service did not clean my room. or bathroom everyday i have to ask for new towels they ruined my experience with stone bridge & i spent lot of money sorry -- never go in future

We enjoyed the location, the quiet, the extremeley comfortable beds and loved the sauna!

Lovely boutique hotel in Calgary and the pool staff are wonderful

Loved the property. Good value for the area. Only things to watch out for are the elevators. They close on you. Our stroller got stuck, couldn't push the doors open. I have to climb over the stroller and into the elevator to push the open door button. Luckily our kid was IN the stroller and didn't get crushed. If she had just been in the way of the door, it would have severely hurt her. This happened multiple times, it was not just a one off. Super unsafe, just be aware they close fast. Second, the spots in the underground parkade are HORRIBLE to park in if you have a larger vehicle. We were circling the lot (along with 3 or 4 other vehicles) to try and fit into various spots. The overall stay was great, and the amenities they provide in the rooms are amazing.
