Lovely location and hotel. Staff was very helpful and kind as we were travelling with a baby.

What an awesome stay! In the heart of the city, with parking included. It was a traditional feeling hotel but with the amenities you would like to see! I would stay here again in a heartbeat, it was the perfect location to the hustle and bustle but none of the worries that would with that!

Room was tidy and clean. Well manners and helpful staff.

Great food options at the restaurant and surrounding area. We had a very spacious room with enormous bathroom. He pool is great. The gym is just a closet but has enough equipment. The staff are amazing and the games room is a nice (free) option. We loved this city that isn’t as touristy as many places. We visited museums, PSV and had great food.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was really nice. Only problem is no air conditioning. We could borrow 2fans one is not perfectly working and another one is ok but still it was too hot and struggled for sleeping. When i arrived hotel i had to pay extra cost. From hotel.com ‘s invoice and hotel was different and in the end i had to pay double. They explained me they charge cot 10euro per day and also tax. I wish i got correct invoice in first time. Other thing is window. My room was not ground floor and window was really dangerous for my child. Once open it its opened widely. I could only 1cm with lock. I hope they can make child lock to able to open more.
