8.6/10 Excellent! (318 reviews)
We appreciated the location. It's close to the city center and also to the main station. In front of the hotel there is a tram stop with trams to all directions which was convenient, and still the hotel was calm and quiet.

We had a family suite, which was massive, and very nice. A lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, with friendly and helpful stuff. Just a shame we didn't stay longer, we really liked Graz
