The room was nice. Restaurant staff was not helpful. We were left sitting at our table for over an hour. We had to ask 3 times before we finally had someone take our dinner order.

The hot tub is extremely small, you must wear shower caps to swim and pay extra for that. Our room was so far away!not impressed for the money we spent. The restaurant was excellent and the service there was great!

Best hotel experience I’ve had. Start to finish service was excellent. Room was comfortable and luxurious. Castle meals and amenities were fun, relaxing and educational. Impeccable service all round. Would not hesitate to visit the lodge again.
