The property overall is pretty dated. Carpets are old and the King room is pretty small. Quite a bit of cigarette stink in the rooms.
Breakfast was very good and of high quality. The spread was pretty wide ranging and laid out veey well. The breakfast was perhaps the highlight of our stay at this hotel in Marseille.
Location wise, it's fabulous. Just a 10min walk from the beautiful Port Vieux.

This was a lovely hotel in Marseille with a fabulous location. A short walk (15 min) to Vieux Port and easy access to bus lines and the metro. A nice clean pool with hot tubs. Our room was nice and clean, comfortable beds (even the pull out which is saying something) and the water pressure for the showers was amazing. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only negatives would be the slow moving drains in the shower and sinks and on the last two nights the fan or A/C became very loud when it turned on and we could not figure out why all of a sudden it was making this noise. I have no doubt if we asked for it to be fixed it would have been dealt with but we were out a lot and did not bother with it. All and all a great place and would stay there again.

The courtyard should be cleaned up there was a bag of what I don't know and beer bottles in a planter bed and garbage all over doesn't make a good impression inside the building it was very clean however
