The concierge staff and housekeeping staff were exceptional. However, when we attempted to eat at the Juliett restaurant, we sat at our table for 20 or 25 minutes without even being offered a glass of water. As a result, we looked for meals outside of the hotel, which we would not have done otherwise.

Great location in the Old Town and easy walk from the Train Station. Check-in is at a different hotel, Krone, but it is just a short walk away. There is an elevator, but be aware that the rooms are half a flight of stairs away from the floor, so you will have to navigate some stairs with your suitcases (2 stairs to get into the building and 6-7 stairs to get to your room). We had a large room with a small balcony overlooking the square and a view to the river (I think it was the only room with a balcony). We enjoyed having a coffee there watching the activities on the square. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was a good size with a large jetted tub and quirky, albeit comfortable furniture. Would stay there again

Perfect location !!! We got lucky and had a portable AC unit in our room so we were very comfortable.
