The hotel itself was beautiful. Luggage pick up and drop off at the ferry is a perfect start to the experience. The breakfast was delicious and such a great variety of foods. The pool is amazing for a relaxing day without having to go anywhere. The bed was a little soft, but that’s just a preference!
Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Beautiful property. It is truly cared for. I loved the details of Empress Elisabeth in the aesthetic of the hotel. Breakfast was nice. Great selection of dishes. Our server got our food very quickly. Our housekeeper was great as well. Loved the little turndown touches. Nice amenity in our room to celebrate our Anniversary. Thank you to the team!

The property was beautiful. The staff was so welcoming and helpful for dinner suggestions and reservations and cabs. Can't say enough about how lovely the entire staff was. The breakfasts were amazing. Would love to stay there again.
