Staff are great and very kind. The food are fresh and high quality. There are 2 water park and you can use them all the day. In addition the hotel has a separate outdoor and indoor swimming pools with hot top. You can smoke and drink outside and staff are very nice and flexible. The location is great and beautiful

Zonar Zagreb is a nice hotel. The concept is definitely eclectic and borders on “weird,” but we’re not ones to judge that, and we actually enjoyed that aspect of the hotel. We also really enjoyed the gym, and the bed was comfortable. That said, there were a few hiccups during our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed that the room had only one towel, no bath/shower mat, and there was no conditioner or soap available either in the shower or at the sink. We called reception, and the towel issue was resolved fairly quickly. However, the soap was only provided the following day, despite us arriving around 3 PM, while the conditioner was never provided at all. Another reason we chose this hotel was the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was reserved for a large group from 3 PM to 9 PM on both days of our stay. On top of that, the music from the event continued loudly well beyond those hours. This was disappointing, especially since access to the pool was one of the factors we considered when booking the hotel. The pool water was also extremely cold, as it is not heated, which made it difficult to enjoy even when the pool was available. Overall, we didn't dislike the hotel, particularly the comfortable bed, gym, and unique design, but the room-service oversights and limited pool access significantly affected our experience. As a result, we would hesitate to recommend this hotel. N.B: it is relatively far from Zagreb's historical center but we knew that so that is on us.

Modern rooms with updated bathrooms. More like a 4 star than a 5 star with regard to breakfast and services Breakfast is very basic with limited items Service is average 20-30 minute walk from downtown.

Spacious room, great cleaning staff , nice restaurant , a relaxed elegant bar where service had personality rather than generic and bland . Great location , 15-20 mins you’re at the main sq… also across the road has a very cool cafe bar - Rhino’s . Very generous with their water and chocolates at turndown service … Good gym.. definitely an enjoyable hotel .
