Great position in Reims, easy parking in Erlon car park (if rather smelly), friendly staff, good restaurant, good sized rooms with modern facilities. So much more character than a chain hotel. The only issue was loud music in the park over the road which I assumed was an event but wasn't if I had mentioned it sooner the staff would have reported it.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Stylish, spacious and well equipped, but it was the staff who really stood out; I have rarely been looked after so well on any of my travels. Thank you for an excellent stay.
