Stay away.
"Their AC system is simply bad, after sending someone to clean the filter, which didn’t help, after an hour sweating in the room they have changed me to another room, then to another room… was a bit better, but Temp. Will not go down to 23 C. Besides, this is now an old ruined down place…"
