Mattress and pillows was bad. Sushi restaurant wasn’t been good either. Stuff wasn’t been helpful in restaurant.
Plus in my room was mini bar and no where to find info about and no one telling u how it works and what prices are .
Everything else was amazing!

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping wasn’t the greatest. Had 2 nights with no room cleaning. Including the 3rd night when bedding was to be changed. Had to call down and request clean towels.

Paid for an Ocean Terrace Suite and got a suite with a balcony that looks at a wall. Asked to change rooms and they wouldn't because it would be a upgrade...which would cost me an additional $300 a night. Do not recommend.
