They really shouldn’t be called a 5-star hotel. The staffs are nice and friendly but the service is not yet up to the international standard. I would have considered staying there again for work if they could improve their in-room service. Apparently all their restaurants shut down early and their in-room service is outside food delivery service, everything comes in plastic bags. Trust me you don’t see this in any 5-star hotel.

El desayuno era repetitivo, las cafeteras son 2 y tardan varios minutos en servir una taza, debes hacer cola y esperar mucho tiempo por un café, además de eso una de las cafeteras no estaba funcionando al 100%. Cuando las cosas se terminan rara vez las refilan y se tardan mucho en hacerlo. El hotel no podría estar mejor ubicado, las vistas y el staff muy amable pero el desayuno me pareció pobre y con personal muy lento para manterlo con opciones.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Langham, Shenzhen! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured everything throughout my stay was seamless and comfortable.
The location is also fantastic, with a great variety of food options around the center — so many choices within easy reach, which made dining out convenient and exciting.
Overall, a truly 5-star experience. Exceptional service, amazing hospitality, and a location that makes everything easy. I would definitely stay here again!
