Really clean and presentable. Modern apartment with nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms… balcony was a nice touch. Lots of paid parking available underneath complex. Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, accommodation space and modern kitchen appliances. Its a beautiful location and the swimming and sauna facilities we used were all in very good condition. The family loved our stay and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

This is not a hotel. It is glamping of a sorts. Firstly, the listing is not very clear and many things are hidden. Despite pictures of your room with linen on the bed, that is not a given. Unless you bring your own, you have a massive surcharge for linen, Also don't forget the massive deposit against damage. That deposit was twice the price of our stay. It is not that cheap, if you are looking at budget accomodation. And then there is the massive list of things that you have to do in terms of cleaning, before you get your deposit back. Also limited times for manned check in is not obvious from the listing here either. The rooms are small but the balconies are superb. We barely fitted in our room by the time we had us two in there and two cases. However, sitting on the balcony and staring at the mountains soon made up for it. Also the view from the pool was amaozing too. 2 out of the 3 staff we encountered were fairly rude, very unknowledgable and not hugely helpful. And we are foreigners who speak French more than passably, so it wasn't just a language issue. We would stay in the village again, we just wouldn't stay here.

Really lovely cosy hotel. Our room had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.
