The room was acceptable, but the overall property is in disarray. I booked this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star property, but in its current condition it feels more like a 2-star hotel, at best. There is ongoing construction, so it may become a 4-star hotel in the future, but that is not an accurate description of what guests are experiencing now.

Anytime the AC went on, it smelled like urine.
It’s loud.
Breakfast is not good. Stale mini pastries and old yogurt parfaits - not great.
For $300 a night, it’s not worth it. Annoyed there weren’t other options as I needed a place to stay near the hospital.

It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction.
