The staff were very cool and friendly, now the property itself was all the way terrible. The rooms were freezing and also dirty. Our rooms got changed multiple times. Last rooms had hair all in them. So when u turn the air off the rooms turned into a wet mess. The walls were literally dripping wet. The floors had you slipping and sliding bcuz they’re wet. The air quality is very horrible, we got back to the states and now we can breathe. The food was horrible. It’s so much more but they need to upgrade their properties

We had a wonderful stay at The Cove. The resort is beautiful and elegant, and the service throughout the property was excellent. We especially enjoyed Fish by José Andrés and Paranza, where the food and service were outstanding. The beach was beautiful, with crystal-clear water and soft sand. Our only disappointment was the beach service for drinks and refreshments, which was very limited and sometimes almost nonexistent. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return!

Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.
