Fort Lee - Paramus Adventure Holidays

We stayed on the 3rd floor for 2 nights. Room was spacious but the bathroom was very small. Sink was outside the bathroom, which theoretically looks ok but practically not a good idea as it was right in front of the bed. Toilet was installed in such a way that one couldn’t avoid touching it when entering the bathroom. The breakfast area was small and very crowded with not enough staff available at that busy time. Even tough smoking was strictly prohibited; you could smell that someone was smoking something with very strong, nasty smell. The hotel establishment certainly needs to assign more staff and focus on the customer service during busy hours.

I liked the room & restaurant

Rooms are good. Many of the amenities require Hilton Honors membership. We took advantage of the trial period to use the WiFi and such. But breakfast is only included with the Honors membership. Rooms are nice. Pool has no hot tub, but they do have a gym. Very friendly staff and rooms are spacious and quiet.
