Styling of hotel was very good and location great especially if you are taking a cruise. Room was clean but shampoo and gel were empty and they could clean the towel bar and tissue holder. Other than that the staff was friendly and they did accommodate an early check-in for us.

Positives: Check in was a breeze; receptionist was as friendly and informative about the area. Location is fantastic for shopping and easy access to the subway system.
Significant opportunities: Rooms have become very rundown with paint peeling in a number of places. Furniture (couches) need replacing. Most problematic - no sufficient air conditioning. Owner provided fans, which had limited effect.
