My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Pinnacle, and I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was! 🙂From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect, making us feel truly welcomed and valued.The aesthetic of the hotel is nothing short of impeccable. Each detail, from the elegant decor to the thoughtfully curated ambiance, creates a stunning atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in a luxurious retreat. The beautiful artwork and design elements throughout the property really enhance the overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the impressive water pressure in the shower – it was invigorating and made for a refreshing start to each day. Overall, our time at the hotel was a beautiful experience that I will cherish. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a perfect getaway where comfort, style, and outstanding service come together seamlessly. I can't wait to return!

Nice property. Smaller than we thought. Just one main dining room. Small food selection. Items frequently repeated. No service on the beach. There are menus attached to umbrellas with QR codes to scan, how we menu is outdated and cannot order from beach. Need to go to beach bar. Never saw an employee on the beach. The all inclusive drink menu limited to about 5 cocktails to choose from and don’t change daily. The beach chair menus had other drinks how not allowed to request for all inclusive and told “menu outdated”.

I rarely write reviews and I rarely get so sad to leave a hotel. This was an amazing experience, rooted in the staff. I highly recommend Four seasons Hydra. Slow mornings. Amazing water. The best tavern with amazing food. Sunsets and again some of the best staff and i have stayed in the most expensive hotels worldwide. I can't wait to come back

Perfect location. Beautiful, spacious and elegant rooms. Loved the decor and the boutique atmosphere- very friendly, extremely attentive staff who go the extra mile for their guests. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options. Would definitely go back.

Expedia listed my room as king bed and displayed pictures of a king room with a bathtub and shower, however when I checked it, it was a Queen bed with no bathtub! I contacted the hotel and Expedia and they were both wrong. They both tried to blame each other. The tv never connected to my iPhone so having a tv was useless. The safe wasn’t locking. The AC was difficult to use and we couldn’t change the temp. The staff was excellent and accommodating but we ran into quite a few issues. Also the rooms are all only accessible by stairs, lots of them!!! No views from the rooms we had! Overall we were fine with the room but would not rebook.
