Lower Sugarloaf Key Adventure Holidays

The rooms don’t have blankets, there was a “blanket” in the closet, but it was not even remotely soft and felt like covering up with a rug. The toilet was broken the whole stay, we had to fix it ourselves multiple times. The pool closed before dinner time. The property was a great location, the beach was beautiful, and staff was friendly, but for the price of the stay it felt very mediocre.

They only need more food

We needed q-tips and one pillow was dirty I was surprised . Then we were changed something taxes that I had already paid for peopleso very upset with that

Staff was friendly and helpful. The valets were great. Overnight parking was higher than expected. Beach access was great. Location was great. Overall, we had a great time

I stayed in room 401 as it showed a nice deck. What it didn’t say is there is no elevator to the 4th floor so you have to be able to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs. It was also very noisy because the room is directly under the air compressor units. I kept thing people were moving furniture. Great location though.

Beautiful apt at the Arya. The unit is nicely designed and has nice furnishings, washer dryer and an amazing balcony with full frontal view of Biscayne bay and Dinner Key. Parking included. The building in general is a bit older, is a condo type hotel, and units are individually owned or ownership groups likeMiami vacation rentals, This unit seems to be managed by MVR. Outdoor pool is a bit run down but it has a great setting over the grove. Fitness center also a bit run down but gets the job done and is above the penthouse - roof level. Can’t beat the location or price for the Grove.

Rooftop pool is great for cool off at anytime. Very convenient base because everything is around you. The beach is 1 minute away, loads of food spots, busses are all close by if you need them and hotel staff are lovely.
