Lower Sugarloaf Key Adventure Holidays

What I wanted is what I got. It was as expected, no frills. Sufficient room that met my expectations. Well situated near stores, restaurants, and the beach. Comfortable stay with the exception of periodic lack of hot water in the kitchen sink. Also it's directly in the view of neighbors so blinds had to be closed. There is an issue with reimbursement of deposit so that is being worked out.

- Property does not have parking that seems popular for that crowded area. They charge you for $45 dollars per day for valet parking. You need to drop your car to a spot almost 250m from hotel, and need to call to fetch the car 15 to 30 minutes beforehand, otherwise have to wait for your car in the street. I paid $144 on top of hotel rate for my 3 days of stay. - Hotel room was very good. Though I booked one of their best (They call it ocean view) - Breakfast was good and worth it. If you want to spend on that area, you have to spend a lot if you are traveling with family. - Amenities are not as good as shown in their video advertisements. - Swimming pool is not suitable for a toddler. In general not my best experience, but to be fair not bad either. Absolutely not a 5 star experience.
