What I wanted is what I got. It was as expected, no frills. Sufficient room that met my expectations. Well situated near stores, restaurants, and the beach. Comfortable stay with the exception of periodic lack of hot water in the kitchen sink. Also it's directly in the view of neighbors so blinds had to be closed. There is an issue with reimbursement of deposit so that is being worked out.

Everything was so clear and easy from start to finish. All of the staff were kind, helpful, and personable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The Front Desk went above and beyond by assisting us in getting a higher room with a better view, which was incredibly appreciated and truly made our experience even more special.
The food was delicious, and the entire dining process was convenient and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. This will definitely become our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Miami in the future.
