Great breakfasts and a relaxing place to stay.

Dawn and the whole staff were fantastic. The whole island was set up for us to use at all times.

Clean rooms the house was absolutely perfect for our wedding group. We had some of the most amazing views and it was in a perfect location near the airport. An issues we had were dealt with immediately.

The Fijian staff were fantastic however the management didn't really seem to care. We stayed in a water front bungalow for 3 nights and while the accommodation itself was excellent hot water in the shower was a major problem. The people occupying two other bungalows also had hot water issues so it wasn't just ours. This was bought up with management and nothing was done about it. The resort is equipped with 2 restaurants and although the food was good the menu was limited and pricy. Only a kettle and small fridge in the unit so self catering is impossible. We were not told about available facilities so didn't know how to ask about using them, just happened upon kayaks and a volley ball net on our last night. The road in had an unlit sign so we missed it a couple of times and a tight unlit dirt road of about 1km with construction going on for the first several hundred meters. It was a bit of a drive to get to anywhere to sightsee, however if you are here you are on Fiji time. Would recommend for a beautiful location for peace and quiet.

Staff was very helpful and nice. The food was good. New management is only reason I’m not giving a 4 or 5 star. They cut corners and advertise things that are borderline false advertisement. Basically just providing the bare minimum when they could spend an extra few dollars and make the stay so much better. Overall, staff and food are great, management is terrible. Unfortunately, we will be staying elsewhere on our next trip to Fiji.

The resort is beautiful but the staff are what make it amazing. Everyone is so kind, friendly and accommodating. Recommend upgrading to the Club so you have access to an extra pool, cocktail hour from 5-7 and unlimited non alcoholic drinks. The adults pool can be difficult to find chairs after 10am so the club having an additional pool is helpful.

Great stay, lots of restaurant options, staff are absolutely lovely, accommodated later checkout as well.

We were not aware of the extreme extra costs when we booked and that happened several times while in Fiji, speaking to other travelers they said the same. We spent nearly $700 USD for our 4 day stay and when we arrived so many extra charges at 11pm charges in American came to $900 USD. It was a nice stay the beach wasn’t really clear or to swimmable and really that’s all you want when you travel halfway around the world. Everything else was nice. Just BEWARE of half of dozen extra costs when you arrive.
