I want to thank the staff at The Delphi! They went above and beyond to help with railroad failures, ideas of where to go, and always a hello and a smile. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this hotel/townhouse rental. This will be my go to place to stay in Amsterdam. I highly recommend this to travelers because it’s a lovely area that is just a quick jump on the tram to get anywhere but yet you can easily find a great joint around the corner to eat, relax, and people watch. Thank you to the Delphi you helped my adventure in Amsterdam become a Fantastic one!! See you soon

Kitchen was nice, rooms a decent size. Room doors made out of paper so light/noise transfer between rooms/living space quite loud. Otherwise location was great and it was clean. Staff was very quick to respond to needs.

Every staff member as well as management went beyond their duties . Friendliness and helpful every step of the way from start to finish ! Unbelievable service and beautiful location Highly recommend.

It was a clean property and large. Bathroom and toilet are in separate areas. Easy to get extra supplies in common area. Air conditioner was loud and only cooled the living room

Five star all the way! The property is over 100 years old and literally the best location in Amsterdam. But what made her stay so amazing was the incredible staff. They made sure every second of our stay was a pleasure and the best it could be. We will definitely be back.

Excellent aparthotel, a 7 minute walk away from the Sloterdijk railway station. There are trains from here to Amsterdam Centraal every 10 minutes (or less during rush hours). It's a 6 minute train ride and costs € 3 if you use the NS app. There's also a Jumbo grocery store across the street and some restaurants nearby in this quiet, residential neighbourhood. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was good. Our only negative comment would be about the €15 per hour early check-in fee which felt a bit like nickel and diming. We travelled to several cities in Belgium and The Netherlands for a month and this was the only hotel that charged us for that. Also be aware of the very high city tax in Amsterdam. It varies depending on the day of the week and ranges between €15 and €22 per day even though this hotel is not located in the city centre. Not the hotel's fault but pretty outrageous compared to other cities like Paris or London.
