Stayed in the hotel for 3 days...the rooms were renovated, (been here before) the dining area too. Location is excellent, walking distance to St Peter Square, Sistine Chapel, Metro to Termini...
Staff area great...helped us with the directions ...Martha and Monica are Wonderful!!!
Will be back for the third tine sometimes soon...
Oh...breakfast is soo nice...various croissant to choose from....lol

I appreciated the close location to the beach. We were literally a walk across the street to the beach. Everything was walkable.
The staff were attentive & present. Very helpful and friendly & accommodating. The lobby area always was clean smelling. I liked they provided complimentary bikes to ride, beach chairs & bottled water.
What I did not like were the little bit of channels available on the tv. The stations they did have did not have service so it did not work.
Would also recommend a full length mirror.

Everything was nice overall. We got the triple room, and the only complaint was that the mattresses were not US hotel quality, and my wife was complaining... Otherwise, it was nice, and the hotel buffet breakfast was worth it...

Pros: the service staff are really good and friendly
Cons: the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The services you would generally have access to without added cost in 5 star are not available here. Rooms in general were clean-ish but not really up to standard.
