Excellent location in the heart of La Laguna. Easily walkable to restaurants, shops, bus station. Paid parking lot one block away. The kitchen has sink, refrigerator, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, and hot pot. No stove or oven but I didn't need them. Staff was responsive via Whatsapp with logistics and helpful with recommendations too. Beautiful, peaceful, shared jardin. I would definitely stay here again.

Activities coordinator was friendly, funny, and very welcoming. The food was great and had lots of variety over the 2 weeks. The all inclusive option was a great value for us, and made the trip stress free. Would highly recommend this resort with the all inclusive option!

The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer a range of coffee would of been nice. The hotel has not much around it, but the local bus is reasonably priced and very reliable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean but in need of an upgrade. Bathroom in need of upgrade - bath was very plastic feeling and shower rather feeble. The staff were excellent, they went above and beyond for us as we were celebrating a 21st Birthday while there. Had a sea view. Food choices were good although sometimes the food was lukewarm. I did notice some people microwave their food. Entertainment was good, something for everyone during the day and at night too - Entertainment team were very good Hotel is family friendly Overall had a lovely week away

This was our second stay at the hotel and we would definitely recommend it! The staff are all fantastic, friendly and so helpful from the reception desk to the bars and the entertainment team work so hard, the kids all adore them (our child had talked about them since our last visit and was so happy that they remembered her!) Rooms are a really good size, clean and well equipped. The only area for improvement is the buffet. The food they serve is really good, however, we often found it labelled incorrectly and it would be amazing if more dairy free options were available as there were days when there was very little choice and never any suitable desserts. Other than that, everything is fantastic!

Our stay was amazing, from the staff, the food, the spa, and our villa. Great location, beach was close by and golf buggies ready if we were fleeing lazy to walk. Cannot wait to come back.

It is an amazing place with warm and welcoming staff. Very clean with all the amenities inside the apartments. Totally recommend for all type of people for a safe stay.

Everything was perfect -the location, view, room, pools, spa! Don’t stay anywhere else. The hotel also has a cool history.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. Just a short drive from the airport and a lovely little resport. Local shops and food on your doorstep, close to the beach and a lovely pool! The room was clean and well equipt and their restaurant on site was delightful. All of the staff were super helpful and couldn't do enough for you! All were very friendly and considerate of the fact we were traveling with a baby. Highly recommend this place!
