Definitely not the quality you used to expect from this hotel.
Nice but not elegant service anymore. Palace Arms menu is fixed price so choices are limited and you get everything from nicely dressed to tee shirts and shorts.
Probably won’t stay again.

My husband and I loved the Hotel. Breakfast was amazing and we felt like part of the family. The beds were wonderful and the bar at night was great. We will be back.
Chris, the owner, was attentive and witty. Our thanks to him and his staff. The Patterson house is historic and Chris is an almanac of its story and history. His bar, The Twelve Spirits is cozy and facilitates a relaxed atmosphere to meet new people and just chat.
