Room was a mess. Hole in the wall with what I assume was a cable jack hanging out of it. All the lights were unplugged for some reason. No cable tv. I’m pretty certain that the shampoo, body wash and conditioner were all the same. When I was getting into the elevator after check in, someone got off the elevator and told me to run. He literally said he just had Expedia cancel his reservation. I should have listened to him.

We absolutely loved the Gideon Putnam! The bed, the breakfast, the grounds, the shuttle, and the bonus car show, to boot ; everything was perfect and we would definitely consider staying there when visiting Saratoga again. Thank you
