NOT 5 star! Importantly - the gym, pool and sauna are not in the hotel. You ahve to go out of the hotel, go up stairs to level 1 shops area, across to another building, catch a lift up to it. Would NOT have booked if I knew. Did not feel safe as a female travelling alone. I equally did not feel safe/private as my room shared an entry with another room. Also - basic stuff missing from kitchen. No knife/spoon/fork to eat! Would not recommend.

Overall very disappointing for what was listed as a deluxe room. Dated, poorly maintained and dirty (marks on walls, marks on curtains, dirty crockery, and dirty bathrooms). Less than acceptable really.

Exceptional views along side great room fabulous food and attentive staff. This place is a must to stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and all staff were helpful and welcoming. Seamless check in and check out also.

Honestly couldn’t get a better location for the price!! Staff were very pleasant, cheerful , courteous and helpful. Room was spacious , clean and comfortable. Pillows were like clouds! Room smelled amazing when we arrived! Close to everything you could want or need. Only negative was we had an accessible room - not sure why but maybe that was all that was ready when we arrived-and there was nowhere to put anything in the bathroom! No vanity or shelving etc and no lid to put down on the toilet seat so you could sit your clothes there while you showered. Obviously a minor inconvenience , and doesn’t alter the fact that we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Mr Yeh!!
