South East England Adventure Holidays

Very helpful service from Viraj, Maria and the other members of the team which i really appreciated - thank you

On the plus side 1) pleasant staff and 2) nice location with an easy walk to Marble Arch, Regents Street, Hyde Park, Green Park and Knightsbridge. On the negative side 1) overpriced compared to other similar properties I've stayed in in London 2) very small rooms. there was only room for one bedside table in the bedroom. it was very hard to maneuver in and out of bed. It was hard to open the closet which was very close to the bed. On the neutral side 1) room seemed clean enough 2) gym had a few pieces of equipment and weights but was in a windowless basement so not a big draw

Space was nice and big and I enjoyed our location. The staff was wonderful and very helpful

Clean room, very helpful host. Smooth check in process. WiFi is a little patchy and stairs felt a little slippery/steep. (Take care when moving up and down with luggage) Otherwise excellent stay at a good price. Recommended for short hassle free stay.

Great location, nice bathroom and all around worth it. Would stay there again when back in London.

Staff were great, breakfast was good, room size was good. Room could have been cleaner there were some large stains on the carpet and dirty finger prints and marks on the walls in a few places. The shower head is only good if your under 5 feet!
