Good location, rooms clean, no microwave, air conditioners were okiesh not super cool, no exhaust in washroom

Room and hotel are great and I will return. Usually a 5 star for me, but TV and WiFi were both not working for the whole stay. Staff claimed they had IT working on it but never resolved. Great hotel

Everything met my expectation of a Double Tree property. The floor layouts are a bit convoluted.

Location was very good for me. I ate in the restaurant for breakfast; my entree was excellent. The room was blessedly cool with no restrictions on temperature. Bathroom toiletries were of a good brand. WiFi was way to connect. The lighting was well thought out and bedside outlets easily accessible for a c-pap. Restful decor and a good walk-in shower. However, while not that important, no shower cap was provided and they did not replenish the makeup removal wipe packet. I also noted that the lobby revolving door motion sensor needed adjusting ( had to be cautious to not get bumped )

The artistic details throughout the property were incredible, and every space felt thoughtfully curated with exceptional attention to detail. The location was fantastic. We loved the historic train station setting—it was lively, unique, and full of character without being noisy or disruptive. The entire property was spotless, and there were so many comfortable and inviting seating areas to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The décor was elegant, tasteful, and full of personality. Every corner seemed to have something interesting and beautiful to admire. We also appreciated the great food and beverage options, including coffee, cocktails, and several connected restaurants that all looked excellent. Great restaurant Venice was across the street. Totally recommend it. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was perfectly designed, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The furnishings and finishes were high quality, and the artistic touches made it feel special. Being within walking distance of the ballpark and other attractions was an added bonus. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, stylish, and memorable experience!

Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, A/C climate control was fairly quiet. Fitness center was nicely equipped and maintained. Good restaurants at the hotel/nearby. Easy access to RTD A line (10-15 minute walk).

This hotel needs to be renovated. It’s very outdated. Ceiling is peeling. Carpet is so old. We changed rooms because the AC is broken in many rooms. It’s a hotel with history but just come for the high tea and experience the lobby. Don’t stay here.

This B&B is 100+ year old mansion with beautiful woodwork and stained glass. It has character. Our room and bed were large and very comfortable. The neighborhood is not packed with restaurants to walk to, but it I really enjoyed walking around in the morning seeing many similar well maintained with great facades but generally smaller mansions from long ago. I would stay there again.
