24/7 check-in (!), very efficient air conditioner (!), airport transfer ability, beach stuff, quite area and free street parking. With a better bath amenities, shower floor specifically, standealone kitchen stove, better chairs, it could take highest rate easily.

Great hotel and staff, perfect location for a short walk into the square. Our 3rd stay and we will definitely be back.

We felt so at home in this beautiful boutique house. Attention to detail was everything… Everyone made us feel so at home… almost like it was our own home. We met Salema when we arrived and what a beautiful welcome she gave us… by the end of our 4 night stay, it felt like we had known her for much longer. Her breakfasts were delicious … I could wake up to eat them every day for the rest of my life. Our room (no4 ) was just perfect… overlooking the beautiful courtyard. Beautiful touches of flowers on the towels and the pretty toilet paper… making everything that little bit more special Everyone made us feel so welcome and comfortable… nothing was too much trouble. The street is very peaceful and perfect for a calm relaxing stay. We love the beaches of Moraira and Javea and this hotel was in the middle of everything. We will most definitely be coming back to see you ! Thank you so much

Reception staff (Malka) and Porter were very welcoming on arrival and others were very attentive throughout our 2 day stay. A lovely birthday card and decorated chocolate brownie for my partner’s 70th was delivered to our room which we enjoyed very much and a nice surprise. The hotel was exceptionally well maintained, and a special mention for Esperanza and Julia for cleaning our room 401 to a high standard. The hotel’s location and Roof Top bar were great and we will definitely visit Alicante again and stay in this wonderful hotel.

Really great accomodation in the centre of town. Perfect for the prom, centre, castle, station, tram, etc. Great communication from the team at Myflats which made it a smooth trip.

The hotel was in good location, parking at the hotel was easy. Staff were very good at check in. The hotel is very outdated but shower was great and room was spotless. It did exactly what we needed for 1 night in beautiful Dénia. We got back to the hotel around 11pm. It was full on party and noisy but didn’t affect us and we could t hear anything from our room.

Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were friendly. Good variety of drinks on offer. Pool was small but good. Had to que at certain times for meals due to amount of people going at sane time. Over all we had a good time and would stay there again.
