Great, new, clean, amazing pool.

Ubicación fantástica. Vistas maravillosas. Apartamento espacioso con un gran balcón (mesa de comedor con seis sillas y una mesa de bar con un sofá, todo lo cual cabe fácilmente en el balcón). Lavadora y secadora muy prácticas. Bonitas pistas, especialmente la cancha de baloncesto con dos canastas y dos minicanastas. Es una pena que las líneas antiguas estén desactualizadas desde 2008. Piscina estupenda. En agosto, la piscina más pequeña (para adultos) estuvo abierta hasta las 23:00, en lugar de las 23:30 como se anunciaba incorrectamente. Las otras piscinas cerraban a las 20:00 o 21:00. ¡Es un placer nadar después del atardecer! ¡El apartamento en sí es excelente! Sin embargo, el servicio y la realidad de Benidorm Rental fueron otra historia. No había llave con chip para abrir las zonas comunes (gimnasio, sala de juegos, cine, etc.). Se suponía que yo tenía una... La pedí varias veces, pero fue en vano. No había sábana para la quinta persona reservada... a pesar de varios intentos, fue en vano. Tuvo que dormir encima de las sábanas. La falta de artículos básicos a la llegada (sal, pimienta, azúcar, lavavajillas), incluso el primer día... Compramos y dejamos un salero lleno para los siguientes huéspedes. Algo tan insignificante, y sin embargo no deberían haber pensado en ello... Ahorraron 2-5 euros, ¡felicidades por la mezquindad de su empresa! :( Desaconsejo visitar este lugar a quienes viajen sin internet. No podrán acceder a la propiedad ni al apartamento…

The best SPA and massages we have ever experienced! If you go to this great resort, do youselves a favor and do not miss the 3 hours couple experience at the SPA. It eas over and above our expectations. Absolutely worth every dollar spent!! Luc & Julie from Canada

Room spotless the staff was incredibly helpful, even took us down to the golf bar to see if the Rugby was being shown there

Check-in was easy but we were sent to apartment and couldn’t open the key box. Finally called the and they told us how to do it. The apartment door is difficult to unlock but we finally figured it out. Had trouble turning stove and oven on. No instructions! Finally figured that out and the washer too. Would have been nice if Vanessa could have come with for a few instructions and help. The apartment was clean other than the vent in second bedroom. The housekeepers were good weekly. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage and hangers. The couch in living area in need of a good cleaning. One kitchen chair was broken and we had burned out lights in bathroom. They did send someone who left saying he needed a different bulb but never saw him again. Overall we loved the location and would consider Myflats a second chance.

Lovely location nice pool. Only issue waa with the door locks with card access that was very temperamental and we had to get these re set numerous times 😕
