Enjoyed our stay. Food was good, staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Rooms were clean though they do have a smell. Bed was huge and comfortable.

Nice big rooms and a great location

They didn't clean my room the one time they visited (they clean every other day). They took out the trash, made the bed and stacked towels on the floor. The shower, floor or bathroom area wasn't cleaned. The breakfast area also had a poor selection of food especially for the high price. I expected more selection. The buffet area also wasn't cleaned frequently and dishes remained stacked on the sides. It wasn't terribly busy for the amount of guests at the buffet.

Showers don’t work water would stop mid shower . Elevators are down only one working elevator.

Cool room - hotel a tad bit older than the modern ones

Best hotel I’ve stayed and I know it has to be best hotel in Seattle! My first time visiting Seattle and got there around 11am, went to just ask if I can leave my luggage somewhere and they ended up offering a room that was already ready with no fee. That was super nice of them. And then my flight back was until 7pm and they even offer to store my luggage even after check out! They really offer so much and made my Seattle trip so worth it! I thought I was gonna be walking around Seattle with my luggage but no so thank you to every staff who took down of my biggest concern. Everybody was friendly, kind and helpful, this will be the only hotel that I’ll stay when visiting Seattle, plus it’s located close to the climate pledge, a lot of food places around, a cvs, and has the bus that takes you to the famous pier. Thank you all for making me feel like home! Oh and also the room was clean and bathroom was nice
