Beautiful property and the access to the adjacent fitness center was a wonderful perk. It lacked a little in convenience but a 10 minute or less walk to the train station was really no big deal. My kids especially liked the family suite setup that gave them separate twin beds.

Excellent hotel, very attentive staff. Room was spacious, lovely view of the lake, with a balcony to sit out on & enjoy a drink. Half bottle of champagne and chocolates on arrival in room was a lovely surprise. Both Eden Kitchen & La Muña dinning was of a very high standard.

The hotel is quite arty and quirky, which is good. Beds comfy, good temp in room, few free goodies in the fridge.
Shower is in the room, so not total privacy but no real issue.
The only issue we had was a staff member knocking and walking in at 08:30am, and then another member of staff knocked at 11am asking when we were checking out. Check out is noon, and we had a late night, didn’t make us feel very comfortable.

The rooms are extra massive, overall service was quite warm and friendly. The hotel is in a very quiet area of the city. Proximity to the shopping district was quite convenient.

"Free shuttle pickup from.airport, however 10 francs to take shuttle back. Right next door to mcdonalds. Bakeries and other restaurant walking distance across the street. Also italian restaurant right in hotel. Cool.shower basically next to bed. Auromatic rolladen shutters and super comfy bed 👍"
