Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s.
Butler is a nice concept but slow responses
$10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive

This hotel was amazing and I don’t typically write reviews! I travelled alone and stayed here for one night before switching to South Boston for a conference and this was the perfect hotel. It was close to everything and the staff was great and the room was nice, spacious and clean. Bigger than my room in South Boston. I walked to north end, government district, beacon hill and of course, all over downtown from here. Highly recommend. Also, the breakfast was quick and sooo tasty, I’m gluten free and there were great options for me!

My experience was ruined by a two and a half hr wait beyond the declared 3 pm check in. A free drink at the bar and apologies don’t cut it.
3 pm check in means 3 pm check in especially when one is paying way over one thousand dollars for a room.
