Nice quiet hotel close to the Opera House. Breakfast was varied & room was very clean with good air conditioning.

The lady at check-in last night was not very enthusiastic about her job, and not especially courteous. However the lady at checkout this morning was very nice and courteous. The room was very decent, except for the lack of outlets and especially for not having one by the nightstand. Also the shower head is so high that I could hardly reach to take it off, or choose to leave it in place and hardly get water, because the water falls from too high.

Clean room

The building was unique and beautiful. The suite was enormous even for American standard. It looked newly renovated, clean and stylish. The AC was super strong. The staff was very kind and helpful, and friendly to the children. The breakfast buffet was convenient and had enough options for everybody. Having the small park and playground next door was a great plus for families with young children. We had a very pleasant stay.

The room was very basic and no drawers to put clothes, only 5 hangers between 2. Staff were friendly except one male member of staff. No food or drink available on Saturday and Sunday except for breakfast which was very depleted. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
