The room we had had 4 steps between the bedroom and bathroom without any handrails. The flooring also blended together and on a trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I missed the last stair and had a hard fall. Fortunately, I didn’t break any bones which I could have, but I would suggest railings to hold on to in the dark.

I have stayed here previously when it was self check in. Now they have 24 hour service. I found check in and luggage storage very easy as I was early. And then I had a very pleasant room upgrade with a spectacular view of river. A nice touch was the selection of juice and pop in the fridge. And having a fan in the room was excellent.
Very happy to stay and come back

It was a typical European hotel room (small) but it was clean, and my room had a balcony. The staff was very helpful and the location was great.
The restaurant across the street from the hotel "Brasserie Schwen" was recommended by the staff and it was absolutely amazing.
The only con is they have no local parking. They recommend a parking garage that is a 6-minute walk from the hotel but it only charges 3 euro a day for parking.
