Villa Maia is in an amazing location, and was wonderful to stay at. The staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful. The concierge is so knowledgeable and helpful. The staff bent over backwards to help us to have a great stay. Julian and Baptiste helped my daughter find an apartment to rent, while she is there for school. The whole staff is wonderful! I will stay there every time I’m in Lyon!

We really enjoyed our staff! Rooms are nicely decorated, from the hotel photos we thought it would be a grungier design, but we were relieved to find that this was not the case.
The hotel parking can be a nightmare when it is almost full, as parking slots are very small.
Kitchenware is new and expansive.
We appreciated the friendliness of staff.

The staff were absolutely helpful with any questions we had, they were lovely. The breakfast was very nice and had many options and delicious pastries. The room was spotless and absolutely welcoming as well.
