There was no one at the desk when I arrived. No hot water the first morning. When I called about it, the front desk person was like “oh well, I’ll report it to maintenance.” For what I paid, they should have moved me to a different room immediately. But they did not care. I guarantee that I won’t be returning.

The hotel itself is in a perfect location to access the entire city. The actual facility was clean, well-maintained, and had incredible views to historic parts of San Francisco.
The staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating.

1. We arrived around 3pm and the front person said they will let us know by call when room is ready but no response till 4:30. We went to front desk two times and got the key.
2. The luggage's arrived an hour later. We went down to receive them but wouldn`t let us saying they are already up.
3. I requested when checking out for a detailed receipt but he said it will be sent by email. But haven`t received anything! Pls send me right away!
