A wonderful night in Geneva, we only stayed here for one night, but it was a great hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with a bath/shower and a comfortable bed.

Beautiful view of the Matterhorn, far away from downtown, a good 20 min walk but there is a bus at the top of the hill that will take you down. Host is very nice and took the time to show us the amenities and was very helpful and communicated quickly. Very happy with our stay, we would recommend to stay here if you enjoy peace and quiet and care more about the views instead of the downtown.

The Hotel Les Armures is a very elegant, high quality hotel in the heart of Geneva’s Old Town with many historic sights, shops, and restaurants nearby. The staff was very accommodating and professional. We especially appreciated their help with local sightseeing advice and with arranging transportation for longer trips to the outskirts of Geneva. We definitely recommend Hotel Les Armures for a luxurious stay in Geneva!

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Les Armures for our last few nights of a three week European holiday through Spain, Portugal, and France and, as far as accommodations go, we saved the best for last. We stayed Grand Hotel du Lac in May and enjoyed the best of Swiss hospitality. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The breakfast staff were wonderful, taking the time to describe the artisan breads and ensuring there was always a fresh platter of fruit available. The waiters and sommelier took their time to take us on a culinary menu exploration to help with our choice. The valet remembered our names, which made our stay feel even more personal and the reception staff were most welcoming. The chambermaids were excellent, providing a lovely evening turndown service that added a touch of luxury each day and making sure we have our chocolates. The hotel is a very special and charming place, where impeccable service is matched only by its breathtaking setting. Waking up to the stunning views over Lake Geneva and the Alps was truly unforgettable and a room with a view is highly recommended.  This is one of those rare hotels that feels like a home away from home and will hold a special place in my heart. We can already see ourselves returning year after year. Thank you to everyone at the Grand Hotel du Lac for making our stay so memorable.
